KiwiSaaS, the national community for software‑as‑a‑service (SaaS) companies, has relaunched under a new industry‑led model to help accelerate the growth of Aotearoa New Zealand’s SaaS sector.

We’re back: industry-led, member-driven and focused on helping Aotearoa’s SaaS companies grow smarter and faster. We’re celebrating our relaunch with 7 Weeks of SaaSmas, showcasing more than 20 volunteer-run workshops, events and SaaSmas parties across the country.

Gentrack Group Limited (NZX: GTK) has been selected for inclusion in the S&P/NZX 20 Index, following the June 2025 quarterly review by S&P Dow Jones Indices. The change takes effect prior to the market open on Monday 23 June.

Southern SaaS 2024 speaker Aaron Ward (Ngāti Maru), co-founder of AskNicely, is one of the few Māori working in the tech industry. He believes tangata whenua could help combat a pressing shortage of staff in Aotearoa.
