Redesigning SaaS organisations for the age of AI

AI is driving major change — not just in SaaS products and markets, but in the SaaS businesses behind them. With technology evolving so quickly, leaders have their work cut out keeping pace with the organisational implications: roles, operating models, decision-making, and how teams actually get work done.

While a lot of the AI conversation focuses on risk, the opportunity now is to make intentional changes to organisation design that accelerate value creation and growth.

Led by organisational design expert Ken Brophy (AlignOrg & K3), this half-day, in-person workshop is built for senior leaders who want practical frameworks, shared learning and clear next steps to take back into their business. Ken is joined by Kirsti Grant (Chief People Officer of Auror).

What we’ll cover:

  • Where we’re seeing the biggest impacts of AI on organisation design, roles, and operating models

  • Frameworks to think through opportunities and risks

  • Peer discussion: experiences and ideas on evolving SaaS organisations to succeed in the AI era

  • Practical actions you can take back to your business

Who is this for?

Senior leaders from large ($5m+ ARR) KiwiSaaS member companies — including Chief People Officers, CEOs/COOs, Heads of Organisational Design, and other people leaders.
