Before the workshop, you’ll complete a short AI-powered feedback and personality profile to see how others experience you as a leader. This session for larger KiwiSaaS members ($5m+ ARR), led by Emerging Engines founder Gabrielle Cutfield is about understanding yourself as a human first, before leading others. You’ll put your skills into practice with real-life scenarios through role plays, reflection and discussion to spark those lightbulb moments. You’ll leave with practical tools you can use immediately, a simple plan to keep building new habits and a peer network of like-minded emerging leaders.
