CEOs & Founders talk SaaSpocalypse

  • Vista offices Shed 12, City Works Depot 90 Wellesley Street West Auckland New Zealand (map)

The SaaSpocalypse is here - but what is it really, and what does it mean for NZ SaaS companies? There are plenty of opinions out there, but the risks and opportunities are starting to take shape, along with the potential strategic responses for world-class businesses.

This session is a space for CEOs and founders to compare notes candidly. It will be facilitated by David Clearwater (KiwiSaaS), with presentations from Serge van Dam, Darrin Grafton (Serko), and Mark Clare (Clare Capital).

This is a small, private discussion for 15-20 CEOs and founders from large ($5m+ ARR) KiwiSaaS member companies.

What we’ll cover:

  • How we’re assessing risk across different business models, markets, and functions

  • Where we see the best strategic moats and opportunities

  • Valuation dynamics - what’s happening in capital raising and M&A

  • How we’re having these conversations with teams, boards, customers, and other stakeholders.

Who is this for?

CEOs and founders from large KiwiSaaS member companies.
