The Story
VXT began as a voicemail transcription tool developed out of the University of Canterbury's Centre for Entrepreneurship by Luke Campbell and Lucy Turner. What started as a simple idea to help lawyers automatically take notes from their phone calls has evolved into an integrated VoIP phone system that ensures legal professionals never miss crucial information – because in law, forgetting something could mean big trouble.
The Numbers

From university project to global legal tech solution
Plot Twist
Think of it like this: lawyers spend lots of time on the phone and have to remember all the important information from every call. They don't have time to waste writing notes, and if they forget something they could be in big trouble – so VXT made a computer program that automatically takes notes for them so they can be the best.
The Good Stuff
From the University of Canterbury to Forbes recognition, these legends turned a simple voicemail transcription idea into a game-changing legal tech solution. Their founder Luke's capital raising wisdom (create FOMO, treat investors with respect not reverence) shows they've learned how to navigate the startup world while staying focused on solving real problems.
From Canterbury to global legal offices – these young innovators are proving that the best tech solutions come from understanding exactly what professionals need to excel.
