Help shape kiwiSaaS 2.0 🚀

With support from NZTE, NZTech is helping re-establish kiwiSaaS as a membership organisation — built by the SaaS community, for the SaaS community.

In the last few months, we’ve been busy:

  • Forming an establishment board

  • Connecting with regional SaaS groups

  • Progressing the NZTE handover

  • Exploring a fresh strategy

  • Brainstorming what kiwiSaaS 2.0 could deliver

But we’re not building anything yet.

First, we need to know whether you — the SaaS community — believe in the vision enough to back it strategically and financially.

Where we're starting: Customer validation

We’re following a Lean Startup approach and focusing on the top 50 SaaS companies in Aotearoa. We’ve set a clear validation target:

✅ At least 10 of the top 50 companies commit
✅ At least $50,000 per year total in membership fees
✅ All by end of June 2025

If we hit that? We move ahead:
Finalise the plan → Grow the membership → Deliver the initiatives you’ve asked for.

If we don’t? No worries — we’ll take the learnings and change the plan.

We want your input too — one question at a time

Where should we focus? Tell us what you think.

We’re not into long surveys. Instead, we’re asking one focused question at a time, and feeding your insights directly into our planning.

🔍 First question:
What strategic opportunities should we focus on?
