The Story
Founded in 2015 by Tim Boyne and Sam Kidd, two non-lawyers who spotted an opportunity in the in-house legal space where most legal teams globally were operating without any tech products to help them in their day-to-day function. This was around the time companies were migrating to the cloud, opening the door to a SaaS platform approach for corporate legal teams who desperately needed it.
